Low latency audio driver for PC Windows, and fast audio device switcher

Having low latency audio on a Windows PC has been one of my oldest tech challenges when producing music, for about ... 25 years now :) See this article for all the software and solutions I tested.

Today I'm happy to launch FastAudio beta, a new driver that you configure ONCE FOR ALL in your DAW.

And then you can switch from one device to the other easily with FastAudio, without having to reconfigure your DAW.

Why? Switching audio devices in Ableton Live can be surprisingly disruptive: a set built for outputs 3/4 suddenly needs rerouting to 1/2, or worse: you open Live away from the studio and it hangs while trying to reconnect a now-disconneted USB external interface...

FastAudio removes that daily friction: keep your DAW on one stable ASIO device, then switch hardware, routing, and profiles instantly, without rebuilding your set or changing audio device in the DAW. Bonus: you can switch the order of the inputs/outputs.

Interested for the beta?

-> Describe your use case and send me an email to contact@yellownoiseaudio, and I'll be happy to send it.
